E-Kan is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. He has over ten years of experience tutoring in all levels of high school math, ranging from algebra to AP Calc, and most levels of physics and biology. He believes all students are capable of achieving their potential with proper guidance and hard work. His goal for his students is not only that they gain a better understanding of the concepts and improve their performance but also that they come away with a greater sense of appreciation for math and science.
Gilli

Gilli is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, where she majored in Anthropology, earning departmental honors for her senior thesis. Gilli has tutored hundreds of students of all ages and learning abilities. She loves working with students in all levels of French, from beginners to AP, as well as history, English, and writing.
Ross

Ross is an experienced educator whose specialty is working with teenagers. With high achievers, Ross challenges them to learn deeply and thoroughly. With students who have motivational/organizational problems, Ross has concrete tools to improve grades and performance. He has a long track record of working with struggling students to help build better study skills and work habits. Ross holds an MFA in creative writing and was a Spanish major who spent time studying in Latin America. He brings his creativity and love of learning to each session. He understands that each student learns differently and that there are many paths and approaches to academic success. Ross is available to tutor in all levels of English and history, with a specialty in writing and literature. He also tutors Spanish, with a particular strength in reading comprehension.
